Xtreme Metal Pale Burnt Metal is the lighter partner to Burnt Metal — the paler, straw-and-blue heat tinting that appears at the edges of a scorched area before it darkens. This lacquer paint airbrushes to a fine metallic finish over a gloss black base for subtle heat gradients.

Best for

• The lighter edge of heat discolouration on exhausts
• Straw-toned heat tinting on gun muzzles and pipes
• Blending between clean steel and fully burnt metal

Airbrush it over cured Xtreme Metal Black Base as the transition tone in a heat gradient, working from steel through pale burnt into the darker burnt shade. Subtle layering sells the effect.
