Oil on an aircraft engine reads differently to oil on a tank — lighter, thinner, less grimy — and this enamel is mixed to get that tone right first time. Aircraft Engine Oil lays down convincing fresh and worked-in oil stains on engines, cowlings and undersides without borrowing a colour meant for ground vehicles.

Being enamel, it blends and thins with White Spirit, so you can dot it at the source and drag it back along the airflow until the leak looks like it actually happened rather than got painted on.
